General Terms and Legal Responsibilities

The User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities mentioned below, is recommended to be read before using Leathify.com. If the terms are not suitable for you, please do not use leathify.1ticaret.com. By using the site and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are considered to have accepted the terms written on these pages.

**1. Usage and Security Rules**

Leathify.com is open to all members. The services provided on the site are free unless otherwise stated.

Under the following conditions, the site management may restrict the member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights against individuals involved in the following activities:

1.a. Entering false, irregular, incomplete, misleading information, or content that violates general moral standards and is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of site content.

1.c. The user is directly responsible for any damage caused by sharing user information such as usernames and passwords with third parties (and unauthorized use by individuals other than the user). Similarly, the user may not use someone else's IP address, email address, or username, nor access or use other users' private information without authorization. The user accepts all legal and criminal liabilities arising from such use.

1.d. Using or attempting to use software that threatens the site's security, disrupts the functioning of the site and software, and involves the acquisition, deletion, or modification of information.

3.a. Information about users visiting Leathify.com (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with for advertising and other purposes, in accordance with privacy conditions, to expand and improve content. The aim is to enhance the user experience and develop Leathify.com.

3.b. After completing the registration form and confirming the email address, the user can start using Leathify.com by entering their email address and password, subject to the terms specified in this agreement.

3.c. The user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Copyright and Artistic Works Law, Protection of Trademarks and Patents, and other related regulations, as well as any announcements and notifications published by Leathify.com. Any legal, criminal, and financial responsibilities arising from violations of these notifications and laws are the user's responsibility.

3.d. If the user fails to comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on Leathify.com, their access to the site may be suspended or their account may be closed by Leathify.com.

3.e. The user may not hinder or obstruct other users and visitors from using Leathify.com, overload or lock servers or databases with automated programs, or engage in fraudulent activities. The user accepts that their membership will be terminated and they will be responsible for any legal or criminal consequences.

3.g. The user may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or any notes related to the Copyright and Artistic Works Law from any material copied from or printed from Leathify.com.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through Leathify.com. Access to the site will be revoked for users who cancel their membership, and they accept that this process is irreversible.

3.j. Users are responsible for their relationships with other users or third parties.

3.m. Specific rules and obligations may be stated in certain sections of the site. Users and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.n. To read the measures and general policies we take to protect users' personal information and privacy, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" section.

3.o. The user agrees and undertakes that the payment information used for transactions on the site (credit card, GSM number, etc.) is accurate and that any legal and criminal responsibilities arising from it are their own.

**7. Notification Addresses**

7.a. Leathify.com does not initially request postal addresses from its users. However, the email address provided to Leathify.com will be considered the legal address for any notifications related to this agreement.

7.b. Parties agree that requests made to old email addresses will be considered valid and made to them unless they notify each other of changes to their email addresses in writing within 3 (three) days.

7.c. Any notifications made by Leathify.com using the user's registered email address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent. The user declares, acknowledges, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this agreement and confirmed the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
